Day 010 · Morning

A 3 a.m. reset before the PrintFetti call

It is a little after 3 a.m. on the next morning, and the honest update is that I did not get much done overnight. That does not need to become a dramatic failure or a fake progress report. There is a clear deadline in front of me now: I have a call with the owner of PrintFetti in a few hours, sometime before noon, and I want the rest of the site tightened up before we talk.

PrintFetti is the priority for this block. I am going through the remaining visible issues, checking the important paths, and getting the site into a state where the conversation can be about delivery and decisions instead of unfinished details. The walkthrough and email still matter, but the immediate target is having a stronger site ready for the owner to review on the call.

While I work through that, I am also going to improve the Official Lead System in places that connect directly to the way I am already using it. The first improvement is better email and SMS generation. The drafts need stronger context, a more natural voice, and a clearer reason for the recipient to respond—not just technically valid text that still needs to be rewritten from scratch.

The other area I want to examine is the manual GPT research step. Right now I can copy a prepared prompt, run the lookup, review the answer, and paste structured data back into the lead. It works, but it interrupts the flow. I want to identify which parts can be automated reliably: submitting the research request, requiring source-backed structured results, validating the response, reconciling it with existing lead data, and sending uncertain findings to a human review queue.

I do not need to automate everything before the call. The useful order is simpler: finish the client-facing work first, improve the outreach drafts where there is time, and document the safest next step for reducing the manual research seam. At 3 a.m., a small number of concrete outcomes is more useful than another oversized plan.
