Day 009 · Update 3 · Evening

The main project now is a portfolio that can open more than one door

The main focus is getting this site genuinely portfolio-ready. Not just polished enough to look good at a glance, but clear enough that someone can understand what I build, how I think, and why they should contact me.

I have been thinking about whether the right route is a portfolio, a résumé site, a consulting site, or something aimed specifically at finding a strong role in AI. I do not think those need to be separate identities. I am open to contracting and consulting, and I am also open to the right full-time AI opportunity. The site should support all three without reading like I am uncertain about what I do.

The clearest positioning is that I design and build practical AI-powered products and the software around them. The work should be the lead. A concise résumé can establish experience and credibility, while focused case studies show the deeper evidence: the problem, my role, the decisions I made, the system I built, and the result. Services and availability can then make the next step obvious for either a client or an employer.

That means the portfolio does not need dozens of projects before it becomes useful. Three strong case studies are worth more than a large grid of screenshots without context. Each one should show a real product story, useful visuals, the technical approach, and an honest account of what is live, what is still evolving, and what I personally contributed.

I also live in Wynwood, Miami. That is worth stating clearly rather than burying it. I can work remotely, but I am also in a neighborhood with an active creative and technology community. Being available for local conversations, collaborations, and AI events can become part of how the online portfolio connects to real relationships.

So the direction is becoming simpler: lead with a strong statement about the work, present a small set of substantial case studies, include an easy-to-scan résumé, and offer two clear ways to start a conversation—bring me a project, or talk to me about a role. The immediate job is to make the evidence as strong as the ambition.
